Can I report this as harassment?

We have an apartment in a big complex. So one day my father’s friend’s distanced relatives moved in to the same complex. We tried to be nice to them,but they were so weird. We used to live in the same city (not knowing each other), and had lots of things in common..except class. They are very uneducated, tasteless and weird. Anyways, my father’s friend wanted us become friends,but it never happened. It seems like they were bloody jealous of us. Passing by without saying “hi” and such. But we never did anything to them. Their daughter would hand out around our apartments ALL THE TIME..under the balcony, next to the stares and so on. And everytime I'd go home, she would make this mean face or giggle turning to her friend. It was ridiculous.





So, in our apartment we have lot of parking which is not assigned to anyone in particular, but everyone parks at the same spot. Rule is not to fight over the parking spot ever but people prefer same spaces. Weirdly enough, they started parking their cars on our spots or right next to us. Our cars’ alarms would start off at night, so we started parking closer to our windows.(futher from our apartment),it was easier to control alarm and to see our cars. They started to park one of their cars there all the time on one of our car's place...not next!(much-much further then they apartment and windows..also lots of free spaces closer to them). Im talking about 5 steps to their free parking, and 30 to where we park. So you get the picture,why it was weird.Oh,I didn’t mention the dirty looks they would give me from the beginning like they are checking me out from my feet to my head. I wrote them a little note saying ,”plzz, could you not park here? My alarm goes away easily.I need the space to control it” I know it was stupid.I know it. But the alarm was driving me insane. After the note,of course, they started to park 2 cars there. It’s like they would move their car once I was gone. Once I saw them carrying HUGE bags from that parking lot to the apartment..It was so funny.





One time they stopped their car behind my car while I was in it about to take off on the parking, they pretended like they were looking something and giving me “funny” looks and I could not leave for 7 minutes.





2 years passed..since the letter!


Recently they stopped parking there, but some other car does the same thing.It's weird that thecar would park on one of our parkings all the time just like them. Again right next to us-there are empty parkings. First, we didn't care..even though it was weird..because everyone parks at the same spots,if you know what I mean. But the man who is the relative to my father's friends( the sick neighbours), went to my father recently and told him, 'I wonder if your family wrote the letter to her?Probably not,huh?She's Mexican, you are probab;y affraid of her?" It was so weird..man,years agoo I wrote that letter!!!! Turned out the lady lived next to them! Now there is the plot!!


I don't care about parking! I swear!! But here those people who think they can screw with me just because they are jealous of me. And tell people how evil we are, so they "help them". I don't think it's fear!! can I report this whole thing to police and management? What proof do I need now? Plzz,help me out. We are very polite,nice people. (((|||Hi, I can see how this is very frustrating for you. However, it is not considered harassment. If there are no rules at your complex regarding any of these issues, than there is nothing you can do there either. All it seems you can do is ignore them! When you show them that you are not interested in their antics and TOTALLY ignore their behavior then, they have no reason to continue the behaviors because you are not reinforcing them by acknowledging them. Just smile, ignore them and park where you can. If they mess with your car to set the alarm off, you can call the police about it.. They will talk to them. If you do this each and every time they mess with your car they will get tired of the police visiting them. The police will get tired also and will probably issue an ultimatum to them. Cease and desist or else BUT, you have to have proof that they are the ones doing it with pictures, witnesses etc. JOSA|||First, get a locking gas cap for your car. Second, fight fire with fire. Being nice is not working so it's time to go to the mattresses. Park you car FAR AWAY from your apartment and begin your work.|||Wow, really long and boring story. "Can I report this as harassment?" - Not even close.
