Problem with the neighbor?

We have an apartment in a big complex. So one day my father’s friend’s distanced relatives moved in to the same complex. We tried to be nice to them,but they were so weird. We used to live in the same city, and had lots of things in common..except class. They are very uneducated, tasteless and weird. Anyways, my father’s friend wanted us become friends,but it never happened. It seems like they were bloody jealous of us. Passing by without saying “hi” and such. But we never did anything to them. Their daughter would hand out around our apartments ALL THE TIME..under the balcony, next to the stares and so on. It was ridiculous.





So, in our apartment we have lot of parking which is not assigned to anyone in particular, but everyone parks at the same spot. Rule is not to fight over the parking spot ever but people prefer same spaces. Weirdly enough, they started parking their cars on our spots or right next to us. Our cars’ alarms would start off at night, so we started parking closer to our windows.(futher from our apartment),it was easier to control alarm and to see our cars. They started to park one of their cars there all the time!(much-much further then they apartment and windows..also lots of free spaces closer to them). Oh,I didn’t mention the dirty looks they would give me from the beginning like they are checking me out from my feet to my head. I wrote them a little note saying ,”plzz, could you not park here? My alarm goes away easily.” I know it was stupid.I know it. But the alarm was driving me insane. After the note,of course, they started to park 2 cars there. It’s like they would move their car once I was gone. Once I saw them carrying HUGE bags from that parking lot to the apartment..It was so funny.





One time they stopped their car behind my car while I was in it about to take off on the parking, they pretended like they were looking something and giving me “funny” looks and I could not leave for 7 minutes.





Anyways, I hate them because I feel harassed. They act weird; they know everything about us through my father’s friend. Once my cat got reported, thanks to them. I found a cat and had to take it home, I was getting the paper work on him. My father told his friend, and after a week I got the notice. It all was fine, because I had my paper work in hands. But again,I feel harassed.They always stare at me with dirty looks and make faces and such. I am confused really, nothing I can do?|||If you feel unsafe around them..go to the local police and make police reports of their activities against you and see what the police suggest that you do..
