Price of 06 325 xi cpo bmw ?

Dear All,

I am trying to buy a 2006 325xi BMW CPO. The car has 32K miles on it. The dealer is asking $ 27800 for it. The car has following :

1) Premium Package.

2) AWD automatic

3) BMW assist.

4) Rear park distance control.

5) Nav. system.

6) Heated seats

7) 6 disc CD changer.

And standard options.

Does the price look good on this car and what should I try to get it for ?

Also, BMW website still advertises 0.9 % APR for 06 CPO's but the dealer is trying to give me 3.9 % APR . - Is he trying to rig it ?

This will be my first BMW. All help is appriciated.

Regards,

Bernabau|||As a bimmer owner, I say welcome to the club! 3-series values tend to increase from sedans, to xi's, to coupes, to M's. The price for this car should be in the 25-26500 range I would think and even with the economy, BMW dealers car essentially price CPO's however they want due to their desirability and the lack of direct competition in most markets. In addition, the APR is totally at the discretion of BMW financial's underwriters not the dealer so you may just want to go to your local credit union (lower rates than banks). Now to pee on the parade. Unless you live far north, bypass any xi models. There awd systems are not known to be the most reliable and the added weight will drag down the performance of your car slightly. If you really want to try and find a good deal, look on a site like E46 fanatics but beware of cars that have been "improved" by a former own as this will void all warranties.|||The price seems about right for the options and being a CPO vehicle. Though the way times are with the economy you can prob work a deal to get some off the price.
